1.Are the glasses 100% original?

Yes, all Maxi-Brillian items are original and come directly from the manufacturers.

 

 

2.Do the glasses have a warranty?

Yes, all our products have a 24 month warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect use is not covered by the warranty.

 

 

3.Do the glasses come in the original case?

Yes, the glasses are shipped in the original case provided by the manufacturer.

 

 

4.Is it possible to order prescription lenses?

No, to best meet your needs, we offer prescription lenses only in-store.

 

 

5.Can I change an order in progress?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel or change your order. Send us an email at info@maxibrillian.com

 

 

6.I don't like the product, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can request a refund or exchange of the item within 14 days. You have 14 days from delivery of the item to return it. This means that the glasses must be dispatched within these 14 days..

Important
The item must be returned unused and complete with everything that accompanied it.

 

 

7.Who pays the return shipping costs?

For orders in Italy
Return shipping costs are paid by the store and for free customers

For orders outside Italy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important
The customer is responsible for shipping. For this reason, we recommend shipping the package insured according to the value of the item.

 

 

8.When is the refund made?

After the entry and control of the item, the refund will be made within a few days, with the same payment method of the purchase. The timing varies based on the payment method (between 5 and 14 days)

 

 

9.How can I make a return?

For orders in Italy

For orders outside Italy
Just send us an email informing us that you are sending the item back. It would be ideal if the tracking number was included in the email.

 

 

9.How many days will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary from item to item. The time it takes to prepare the item for shipping is indicated under the price of each item.

The shipping time then depends on the courier and the shipping method.

Standard order: between 3 and 6 working days.

Express orders: between 1 and 3 working days.

Maxi-Brillian is not responsible for any delays due to internal courier problems.

 

 

10.How can I track my order?

After shipping, a Tracking ID will be sent via email, with which you can track your order.

 

 

11.I entered a wrong address, can I change it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change the address by writing to info@maxibrillian.com
