Can I also try on the glasses in the shop?

Yes, all the glasses we offer on the site are also available in the shop.

Are the glasses 100% original?

Yes, all Maxi-Brillian items are original.

Do the glasses have a guarantee?

Yes, all our products have a 36-month guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect use is not covered by the guarantee. To find out more about correct use, see the instructions for use.

Do the glasses come in the original case?

Yes, the glasses are shipped in the original case provided by the manufacturer.

Can I order prescription lenses?

No, to better satisfy your requests, we only offer prescription lenses in-store.

Can I change an order in progress?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel or change your order. Send us an email on ordination@maxibrillian.com

I like the glasses that arrived, but they feel tight. What I do?

All Maxi-Brillian glasses are shipped in an straightened state. If the glasses are still to be adapted to your personal requests, we advise you to refer to a shop near you

Can I deduct the cost of glasses?

Non-prescription glasses cannot be deducted as a medical expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

I don't like the product, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can proceed with the request for a refund or exchange of the item within 14 days from the delivery date.

The item must be returned unused and complete with everything that accompanied it.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Important

The responsibility for shipping lies with the customer. For this reason, we recommend shipping the package insured according to the value of the item.

When is the refund made?

After the item has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a few days, with the same payment method as the purchase.

In how many days does my order arrive?

All the products on our site are immediately available. The timing from payment to the arrival of the package varies according to the shipping method.

Orders with standard mode: between 3 and 6 working days.

Express orders: between 1 and 3 working days.

Maxi-Brillian is not responsible for any delays due to internal problems of the courier.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, the Tracking ID is sent by mail, with which you can track your order.

I entered a wrong address, can I change it?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can change the address by writing to ordini@maxibrillian.com

If the package returns to Maxi-Brillian, we will process your order within 1-2 days. After shipping we send you the Tracking ID by mail.
